Photo Shoot

Dave and I were blessed to be given an opportunity to have our photos taken (with professional lights and everything). Since Dave takes most of our photos, he rarely has an chance to get out from behind the camera.

Firsts

I just thought I'd let the blogging world know that two days ago, at 5.5 weeks old, Lucy rolled over for the first time. AND... she smiled at us yesterday (which made both mommy and daddy laugh and cry).

Pants

My mom bought me some really great fabric while she was visiting, and I thought it would make super cute pants for Lucy.

Blue Eyes

I was almost sure that Lucy's eyes would be brown, but it looks like they're going to stay blue (like her Grandma Pauly). Here are a few photos...

Lucy loves getting her bath.

She's even stopped crying when she gets dried off... probably because we wrap her up in a super cute bear towel.

It's amazing to look back at the previous bear towel photo and see how much her little cheeks have filled out. She's growing!

Lucy and Daddy had a wonderful morning a couple days ago.

Grandpa

My Dad got to meet Lucy for the first time a few days ago. He and my mom came out for a visit and we've been having a good time. I think this is the only situation that I've ever seen him hold a baby (besides in my childhood photos). I think he's really looking forward to reading Dr. Seuss books to her in the future :).

And by the way... I can't believe Lucy is going to be one month old tomorrow!
