Cribs

It's getting to be that time when Dave and I start looking at baby gear. I've been looking online for a crib, and so far this one is our favorite:

They sell it at Walmart for $300 (more than we were hoping to spend), but it looks pretty solid. The less expensive models in the $150 range look a lot chintzier. The good thing about this crib is that it can convert into a toddler bed when Lucy gets a little older.

I've also been looking at Babies R Us and Target online... does anyone know of any other good places to look? We'd like the crib to be white and have a slightly modern look if possible.

Honestly I think $300 for a bed that can be used through two life stages (too much the Sims2) is great. You could put it on your registry and make a note that people purchase it together :)

We got ours at jcpenney. We've had it since 2000 and it still looks really nice.
