I decided that I wanted to make more soup this winter. I found a recipe for broccoli cheddar soup that turned out really well (even if it was REALLY rich). I'll have to make it again sometime.

this recipe has onions in it (which we really like), but I'm sure you could take them out if you don't like them. I have the recipe at home, so I'll try to remember to send it your way when we get back to TN on Monday.
